Considering the importance of Home Insecticides products as an intervention tool for many fatel and debilitating diseases , it requires priority attention to facilitate product registration process, faster licencing, bringing innovative safe and affordable products to the Indian consumers.

HICA proactively takes up issues concerning the industry with various Govt. Departments and regulatory authorities, and supports active engagement of the industry with different sections of the society including the consumer and general public.

• HICA over the years has proactively redressed following issues for the benefit of its members.
• Taking up the licensing procedures and delays, modification/simplification of methods of acceptance of applications.
• Acceptance of accelerated storage stability data for registration.
• Recognition of results of private laboratories by Govt. authorities.
